A: We will require the login information for your old web hosting provider’s Control Panel and the website’s name (domain name).

A: Before we can start the migration of your account, you must already have an account with us. Opening an account with us requires that you to share the very same info you have given to your previous web hosting provider. We also have a very rigid Privacy Policy, which specifies how private info is handled.

A: No. Your site will remain online during the migration. Once everything is done on our end, we will notify you so that you can examine it and check for any problems. If everything is fine, all you will need to do is modify your domain name’s DNS resource records.

A: While we transfer your content, your web hosting provider will not be aware of the transfer at all. We will never touch base with them in any way.

A: Yeah. We support all common Linux–driven web hosting platforms. We do not support Windows–based web hosting platforms, as we don’t provide Windows hosting solutions ourselves.In addition, we don’t support proprietary website building and management tools like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
